Student life is made easier by very affordable accommodation, even in the town centre, and a wide range of housing options (individual or shared apartments, student halls).

Of course student life is also about going out, and there’s always something happening in Angers!

To name but a few, Le Chabada and Le Quai theatre offer concerts and stage productions at great prices for students.
Young people can head down to “J”, Angers connected youth, a centre that provides resources to help young people put their plans into action and offers services exclusively for them.

You’ll feel safe getting around town, whether you opt for the tramway, the bus or a bike. The City of Angers rents out bikes free for 9 months through its Vélocité service.

Angers residents can use the Carte Atout to pay for public transport, use sports facilities and in libraries, all with the same card.
